Using photographs, computer collages, poetry, loose woven fabrics I tell stories of hidden lives, secrets and the unspoken in everyday life. The relationship between the conscious and unconscious and the influence this has on people's everyday words and actions are central to much of my work.

Words and images combined together and printed on to large pieces of perspex, and often fixed in layers, reflect secret worlds and paradoxical and contradictory thoughts and feelings.

The series of images of masks, of faces without features, explores the denial of the past and the reinterpretation of past events. 'Accident', links poetry and images within a large screen, so the viewer can view the work from all angles.

The wonderful movement of fish, the deep oceans, desire, fear and the unseen feelings inspired my work about fish.

The aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the arms trade, and in particular the use of landmines and cluster bombs are central to my work, New Orleans, Lockheed Martin and Cambodia.

A recent trip to Cambodia and Laos inspired my a series of work about landmines and munitions in such a beautiful, sad, yet hopeful country, so full of young people.
